Q:   Do I need to refrigerate Nut Butters?

A:    You do not need to refrigerate our nut butters.
They are all natural so the oils will seperate naturally.
Unrefrigerated you will have to stir more often and shelf life is 3-6 months, depending on butter and home environment.
Refrigerated shelf life is about a year, however they will be very stiff but you will not need to stir as often.
I do suggest refrigeration of Amish Whip because of the pure maple syrup.
